Medical Manager based in London, UK

Medical Manager required for leading research-based pharmaceutical company based in London, UK.

One of the world’s leading research-based pharmaceutical companies is looking for a Medical Manager to join its expanding team.

The UK Medical Affairs Department is at the forefront of these exciting developments, and is now seeking an additional professional with the ambition to drive its future success.

Working within a multidisciplinary team you will take responsibility for their Phase III diabetes portfolio.  Your role will include creation and development of the life-cycle plan for the UK in collaboration with the business team.  As a core member of the global medical team you will also help to steer the development of the drug internationally.  Additionally there maybe the opportunity to gain first-line management experience.

The successful candidate will be a strategically-focused GMC-registered doctor, with relevant industry experience in bringing a new medicine to market.  Experience in diabetes is an asset but not a prerequisite.  Equally important are your exceptional personal qualities: you will demonstrate first-rate team-working skills plus the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.  Above all, you must share our commitment to delivering excellence.

This role provides an exciting opportunity for those who are not afraid to fully contribute and are committed to teamwork and innovation. We offer a competitive salary plus those benefits you would expect from a blue-chip organisation, including a genuine interest in your career development and progression – both within the UK and globally.
