CK Group are recruiting for a Supply Chain Performance Management Manager to join a pharmaceutical company at their site based in Zurich on a 8-month contract basis.

The role is based at our client's site 3 to 4 days per week, working 40 hours per week.

The Role:

The main purpose of the role will be to

  • Develop the maintenance and optimisation of Global Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators and the related performance management process, supporting performance dialogues and bestpractice sharing
  • Contribute actively to capability building in the area of KPI’s performance management and contribute to best practice sharing and supply chain managers network meeting
  • Make valuable information available to all levels of thebusiness for decision making and optimisation, aligning and connecting plants, functions, and bridging between various systems where appropriate

Further responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and enhancing existing Global Supply Chainreporting solutions on the various platforms, interacting with users to capture demand
  • Facilitating Performance Dialogues and Communities of Practice
  • Leading the team communication including innovation and benchmarking

Your Background:To succeed in this role, you will come from a BSc or MSc background in Supply Chain, Engineering, Management or IT.

  • Good experience and good understand of Supply Chain is a requirement
  • Good experience with performance management is a requirement
  • Solid experience in SAP BW, APO, and Power BI
  • Experience in Value Stream Mapping / E2E value streams is preferrable
  • Lean Six Sigma Education is preferable
  • Ability to work in team and to value diversity
