CK Group are recruiting for a Marketing & Meeting Coordinator to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Basingstoke on a contract basis for 12 months. This is a hybrid role with 3 days home working available

Salary: £13.85ph to £18.06ph depending upon experience

Marketing & Meeting Coordinator Role:

  • Liaise closely with the National Therapeutic Advisors and Brand Managers across all oncology brands to facilitate the planning, development, and implementation of meetings across the UK and IE.
  • Coordinate third party meeting (National and regional) sponsorship across Oncology brands.
  • Raise purchase orders and liaise with external parties to ensure invoicing is completed.
  • Support Oncologybrand teams with delivery of marketing activities and initiatives as required
  • Send invites, track, and monitor replies

Your Background:

  • Working experience in administration within a regulated environment
  • Experience of Veeva, webinar technology and working in a virtual/multi-national organization
  • A good eye for details with a high aptitude for accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Good planning skills
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical industrywould be an advantage

Location:

This role is based at our clients site in Basingstoke for 3 days per week, 2 days home working.
