CK Group are recruiting for a Market Research and Insights Manager to join a global pharmaceutical company, based in Slough on a contract basis until the end of 2024 (potential to extend). 2 days office based, 3 days working from home.

Rate:

£40-50 p/h PAYE (Umbrella option also available)

Location:

Slough. This is one of three global discovery research centres that include a state-of-the art pre-manufacturing tech-ops scale up facility and R & D.

Market Research and Insights Manager position:

  • Drive and facilitate stakeholder (Patient, HCP, Payer) centric insights and market research across I2I GTM (‘Insights to Impact, Go To Market) served business partners at global, and regional and local level, in close collaboration with other insight colleagues. 
  • The joint team will be responsible for leading the market research to drive actionable insights for the company.
  • Will work predominantly within the Immunology TA (there may be the chance to work in other therapy areas as needed).
  • Will work closely with their business partners to define the business questions and provide insights to the underlying business issues.
  • Oversees Market Research projects, brand specific and across brands as well, across business stakeholders (regional and global/missions) – and, if/when necessary, across Therapy Areas
  • Work in close collaboration with the Global and Regional Insights Leads and the Adv Analytics Lead dedicated to a TA Hub 
  • Plan and lead agreed market research (across PVUs and stakeholders, with a planned primary allocation); can put together plans that help answer key hypotheses on priority business issues and opportunities and supports decision making. Ensures that HCP, patient, and payer insights are at the heart of brand strategies / tactics, e.g., campaigns.
  • Gather understanding from non-traditional sources (e.g., social media listening) in addition to commissioning specific primary research
  • Work closely together with the Global Advanced Analytics team to ensure the right use of existing data sources and support to answer business questions in the most effective way.

Your Background:

  • 5+ years Pharmaceutical Market Research experience in industry
  • Ideally Immunology & Rheumatology experience
