Immunology Co-ordinator and PA (3)

CK Group are recruiting for a Immunology Co-ordinator and PA to join a to join a global pharmaceutical company, based in Slough on a contract basis initially for 12 months

Salary:

Hourly £17.02 PAYE - £23.17 UMB

Immunology Co-ordinator andPA Role:

• Effective management of internal and external communication
• Ensure telephone queries are dealt with or delegated to the correct business area
• Printing, photocopying and maintain office systems, filing, etc
• obtaining estimatesand raise purchase orders for your accountable personnel
• processing invoices and expense claims (E-request/SAP),

Your Background:

• Previous experience as an Administrator or co-ordinator providing a broad range of administrative support toa team, preferably within the Pharma sector
• Previous experience of working in a busy, changing office environment
• Experience of successfully working with both ‘field based’ and ‘office’ teams preferred (must have experience of supporting officebased teams as a minimum),
• Ability to demonstrate working independently on a project with clear outcomes
