CK Group are recruiting for a Capabilities Manager - Learning Operations to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Welwyn Garden City on a contract basis for 12 months. This role has been determined as Inside IR35 and so working options of PAYE via CK or Umbrella company will be available.

 

Salary: 

Daily £263.88/£339.27 PAYE or £350/£450 Umbrella

 

Capabilities Manager - Learning Operations Role: 

  • Drive the Capability engagement and communication across the function to promote learning opportunities using a multi-channel approach (intranet, community chat, newsletter, fire chat, nudges, etc.).
  • Curate learning resources aligned to capabilities strategies to provide frequent learning opportunities to the organization 
  • Own the end-to-end learning coordination activities, including functional learning calendar, engagement with SMEs and vendors, contracting and requisitioning, attendance management, optimization of self-served learning platform access, learning feedback collection, and analysis to extract insight for continuous improvement and emerging needs identification.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), Cornerstone, by defining its best use to build functional professional curriculums reflecting personalized learning journeys.
  • Provide LMS advisory when partnering with learning content owners to optimize the learner experience.
  • Build and manage learning products, such as product delivery, self-serve product design, or co-development with external providers.
  • Mature and manage the functional onboarding product toward a personalized and holistic user experience in partnership with the Communication and Engagement team.
 

 

Your Background

  • Creative and agile mindset with knowledge of agile principles, practices, and methods.
  • Business acumen to understand customer needs, analyze issues, advise and/or design and deliver learning solutions.
  • Track record of functional Learning and Development engagement activities and learning operations management and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Awareness of adult learning methodology and design practices, curious to learn and research the best options to develop targeted and impactful learning products.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement drives you to identify areas for growth and continuously raise the quality to respond to customer needs and feedback.
