Applications Technician

CK Group are recruiting for a Applications Technician to join a chemicals manufacturing company based in West Yorkshire, on a full time, permanent basis.

The Role:

• Assists in development of new formulations under instruction of the SeniorApplications Chemist.
• Conducts application testing of coatings on a range of substrates.
• Produces reports on current projects and results from film properties testing.

• Covers for any staff holidays/sickness, including in quality control.As a Applications Technician you will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• Qualified to degree level is desirable, particularly in a Chemistry based subject.

• Knowledge of specifications, regulations and technical writing would be useful.
