Senior Statistician
CK Group are recruiting for a Senior Statistician to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Cambridge on a contract basis for 6 months.
Salary: Up to £70.29 per hour LTD
Senior Statistician Role:
- Provides statistical expertise in the design of experimental work and the evaluation and interpretation of experimental results in research projects and clinical trials, referring to more senior Statistical experts where necessary.
- Manages own work to schedule/quality and will apply a range of Statistical methods.
- Able to solve complex problems within own area and will participate in multi disciplinary teams.
Your Background:
- Experience in statistics for CMC development of biological therapeutics (cell culture, purification, analytical, formulation, devices, etc.) – this role is non clinical and will be supporting BioPharma development – previous CMC experience would be a significant advantage.
- Experience within R&I / virus-based therapeutic areas
- Experienced with Study design and study development
- Strong Stakeholder management skills – Will be working closely with non-statistical / programming business units
- Proficiency with statistical software, R and JMP required. MatLab, Python and SAS highly desirable.
