CK Group is recruiting for a Regulatory Submission Sample Co-Ordinator to join a company in the healthcare industry at their site based in Stockley Park on a contract basis for 3 months initially.

Situated close to Heathrow Airport in West London, it is home to roles within clinical safety, clinical data, conversion leads, programming, regulatory and more. It's a location that combines excellent transport links with the M4 and M25 motorways and Heathrow Airport a few minutes away. A choice of railway and tube stations, extensive bus networks plus ample parking provides a coordinated transport hub to connect to the Park.

The Role: The Regulatory Submission Sample Co-Ordinator will carry out the following duties:

  • Ensure that all registration samples and certificates required for EIRA are provided in a timely manner.
  • With the help of other regulatory specialists, assess the suitability of prior regulatory submissions.
  • Liaise with key suppliers for the supply of samples including 3rd party contractors.
  • Develop relationships with internal and external customers.

Your Background: The ideal candidate for the role will have prior experience with regulatory dossiers or in a pharmaceutical, regulatory, publishing or archiving position. Whilst this is a junior level position, some industry experience is essential. Knowledge of eCTDs is advantageous.
