CK Clinical are recruiting for a Quality Specialist to join a biopharmaceutical company at their site based in Slough on an initial 6-month contract basis.

Company: This company is a successful global biopharmaceutical company that discovers and develops innovative medicines and solutions for people living with severe diseases of the immune or central nervous systems. The company works across approximately 40 countries across Europe and the rest of the world.

Location: This Quality specialist role will be based at our clients UK head office in Slough, Berkshire. It is 20 miles west of London and has easy access by car from both the M4 and M25. The offices are also accessible by public transport (bus and train).

The main purpose of the role will be to:

  • Distributing & provisional review of Study Plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), for audit by team - utilising Veeva, TrackWise, Excel (database)
  • Generating process maps of RQ standard procedures, during the update of the SOPs (MS Visio, iGrafx)
  • Drafting QA Statements from information within TrackWise (database, MS Word, pdf)
  • Formatting of Audit Reports from TrackWise export prior to distribution (database, pdf, MS Word)

Further responsibilities will include:

Your Background: To succeed in this role, you will be:

  • Digitally-competent and confident in using databases and web-based software (eg TrackWise, Veeva Vault), and enjoys working with databases.
  • Digitally-competent and confident in using process mapping software (MS Visio, iGrafx).
  • Ability to work with multiple systems and multiple spreadsheets simultaneously and be focused about what information is captured in each place.

In summary: we are looking for someone who is quality-minded, process-orientated, and is competent in the use of MS Visio and iGrafx.
