Stephanie Maccioni at CK Group is recruiting for a PV Manager to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in Essex, on a full time, permanent basis.

As a PV Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Acting as back up the Quality and Training Manager and Integrated Safety Services Manager in their absence.
  • Actively building relations with clients, lead and input on client calls
  • Ensuring all case management activities comply with regulatory requirements, corporate and departmental procedures and applicable Pharmacovigilance (PV) agreements
  • Serving as the expert on all aspects of case management activities and makes decisions in accordance with PV regulations, guidelines and industry best practices
  • Identifying methods to improve efficiency, accuracy and compliance of case management
  • Participating in the development and operational implementation, of case management governing documents such as SOPs, work instructions, and Pharmacovigilance Agreements
  • Leading oversight of case management vendor including training, evaluation of quality and issue management
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of strategic direction for the case management team including identifying resource needs and allocation

As a PV Manager, you will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

  • A degree in a science subject, HCP or equivalent practical home care experience
  • Knowledge of intake Pharmacovigilance requirements
  • Previous managing customer-facing service with pressured key performance indicators desirable
  • Skilled in root-caused investigations for non-conformance
