CK Group are recruiting for a PV & Compliance Associate Director to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Macclesfield on a on a contract basis for 6 months.

Company: Our client is a global pharmaceutical company with a major presence in the UK. Their purpose is to deliver life-changing medicines and to do this they are completely science-led and like to share this with the scientific, healthcare and business communities within the UK.

Location: This PV &Compliance Associate Director role will be based at our clients site in Macclesfield, Cheshire.

Salary:

  • 450 per day Umbrella / £356.85 per day PAYE.

PV & Compliance Associate Director Role:

  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, highperformance, flexibility and quality emphasizing a “can do” attitude and innovative approaches, Pharmacovigilance (PV) system.
  • Working with Patient Safety Process and Partnerships Leads and Patient Safety and Regulatory experts, develop, establish, monitor, report and assess global KPIs related to pharmacovigilance data reporting.
  • Lead coordination activities for GVP, GCP and GMP audits/inspections both globally and with local affiliates.
  • Working across Patient Safety, coach CAPA owners to develop effective Root Cause Analysis and CAPA.
  • Provide training to Patient Safety and other functional groups in key areas of expertise.
  • Manage relationships/partnerships/alliances external to Patient Safety that are essential to delivering pharmacovigilance License To Operate responsibilities.

Your Background:

  • MSc/PhD in scientific discipline.
  • Leadership skills, including experience of leading project teams.
  • Thorough scientific knowledge sufficient to understand all aspects pharmacovigilance issues.
  • Thorough knowledge of the drug development process.
  • Knowledge of QMS and continuous improvement methodologies.
