Medical Customer Interface (MCI) Manager
Farhad Salam at CK Clinical is recruiting for a Medical Customer Interface Manager based in the South East to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry on a 12 month contract basis.
Medical Customer Interface team, Medical Information (MI) EMEA is a customer-focused group within External Medical Communications (EMC) that oversees frontline operations, which are responsible for handling unsolicited medical inquiries about company's human prescription products and devices from customers that include consumers, healthcare professionals (HCPs) and internal colleagues across Europe.
Further responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and mentoring frontline supervisors. To ensure their team is working in a customer focused manner to provide timely, accurate, and balanced information in response to requests for information about company's medications.
- Interacting with internal groups (e.g., MIS, DSU, PQU, CaPS, and FTL) for specific inquiry management and complaints to ensure compliance and quality customer service.
In order to be considered for this role, you will be required to have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Experience within the pharmaceutical or related industry in Medical Information
- BSc/MSc or higher in a science/health-related field
