Russell Oakley is recruiting for a Lead CRA to join a Global Biotechnology company based in the London area. The role is a 12 month fixed term contract with the client and will be covering the haematology and oncology therapy areas. The position is full time and field based but will require the incumbent to be in the office for 3 days a week for the first 3 months, followed by a minimum of 1 day a week.

Supported by the Technology Strategy Board, their mission is to drive the growth of the industry by helping cell therapy organisations across the world translate early stage research into commercially viable and investable therapies.
We are ideally looking for candidates who have monitoring experience in relevant haematology and/or oncology studies (i.e.. transplantation, leukaemia, lymphoma etc.) from a Phase I setting ideally, but at least Phase II setting. Other CRA experience in Phase I/II trials in complex indications would be useful experience. Also experience is required as a Lead CRA, with lead responsibilities and activities such as managing CRAs, maintaining monitoring schedule, review of monitoring reports with issue resolution & TMF management.
