CK Group are recruiting for PV Case Management Coordinator to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry at their site based in High Wycombe on a contract basis for 12 months.

Salary: Up to £16.13ph PAYE depending upon experience


  • Support the International Pharmacovigilance (IVP) Case Management Team Leads/Associates in all administrative aspects of Individual Case Safety Report (ICSR) case processing
  • Support with telephone call management – answer inbound calls from generalpublic, HCPs, internal colleagues to elicit and capture relevant adverse event data
  • Provide administrative support for the receipt, assessment and processing of incoming safety information from multiple sources, both internal and external to theCompany.
  • Enter relevant/required safety data into the Global Inbound Receipt System (GIRS) from spontaneous, clinical trials and other solicited sources

Your Background:

  • A degree in life or pharmaceutical sciences or equivalent working experience
  • Sound knowledge of general medicine, or pharmacy, or clinical practice; proficiency in Medical terminology
  • Knowledge and understanding of key legislation applicable to pharmacovigilance
  • Ability to prioritise and work to strict timelines daily
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
