Ian Marlow at CK Clinical is looking for a Clinical Programmer for a Pharmaceutical company based in the South East.
Your main tasks will be in one of these three areas:
Development of study databases
Creating and maintaining the clinical study database structures and programming conditions to control access to forms and fields in RAVE.
You will be also be testing study database components.
Experience in RAVE or C-Sharp would be an advantage.
Focus area: Data extraction and transformation The Clinical programmer will program, maintain and execute the transformation of data into the appropriate data model (SDTM) and program and execute the transformation of data into the required format to enable data uploads.
Experience in SAS or SDTM an advantage.
Focus area: Reporting The Clinical programmer is responsible for the development of reports for data cleaning, narrative review and Medical Data Review.
Experience in spotfire, SAS, Hyperion or j-Review an advantage.
Other duties responsibilities include:
Supporting study setup and closeout. Investigating database issues. Providing guidance and support to internal customers and or service providers on study level tasks. Reviewing and checking other Clinical Programmers.
To degree level and moderate industry experience. As a Clinical Programmer you will show significant working experience with a programming language like SAS, SQL, PL/SQL or C# and/ or significant experience in one or more areas in Clinical Data Management clinical study database setup, edit check programming, data extraction or reporting.
