Clinical Applications Scientist - Bristol

Russell Oakley is recruiting for a Clinical Applications Scientist (Radiographer) to join a Medical Devices company based in Bristol, South West of England. This role is a permanent position working full time hours.

Responsibilities:

This person will be responsible for training all users and readers of the company's unique radio-wave imaging system in hospitals in Europe. Act as the technical expert in the field. They will be integral in installation and problem solving on systems in use in clinical sites. They will act as the liaison between R&D and the customer, ensuring timely feedback of issues or developments is given. Act as liaison between all relevant departments in a hospital that a company system is to be installed.

Mandatory Requirements:

Have experience of breast imaging applications used in screening and diagnostic clinics. Be able to communicate effectively, especially to none native English speakers. Have been involved in running clinical training of a medical device. Be able to work remotely to problem solve. Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills and the expertise to translate technical terminology into terms understandable by the trainee.

Desired Requirements:

Have experience of breast imaging/ Mammographer. Be able to speak other European languages.
