CK Group is recruiting for a Clinical Trial Associate (CTA) to join a medium sized CRO. On site working in Oxford 2/3 days a week and the rest remote.

Clinical Trials Administrator:

  • May support the CRAs with some monitoring remote activities: collection of documentation, follow up on data entry, queries resolution
  • Work with the Study Team in initiating, maintaining and closing/final archiving of the SMF, ensuring GCP compliance
  • Set up and maintenance of study information in Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) as per delegation from PM/ Lead CRA or CRA
  • Maintenance of electronic files
  • Set up the Investigator’s File as directed by the CRA
  • Point of contact regarding SMF
  • Maintain the SMF as directed by the Lead CRA/Project Manager
  • Coordinate study supplies as directed by the CRA
  • Drafts and/or assists with the preparation of trial-related documents, tools and templates
  • Assist in status reporting
  • Arrange internal and external meetings

Your Background:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Good written and communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines
  • Good software and computer skills
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities

Location:

Central London with a blend of office based and remote working. There may also be some business travel

Your Background:

  • BSc minimum – ideally candidates will hold an advanced degree (e.g., PharmD., MD, PhD)
  • Oncologyexperience within a pharmaceutical/bio-tech company (medical department/non-promotional)
  • Sufficient scientific expertise to understand the oncology therapy area in terms of emerging scientific trends, drug development, market demands and patient needs.
  • Experience of building and maintaining strong relationships with KOLs and forming networks
  • Demonstrate flair, enthusiasm, innovation and an ability to be a self-starter.
  • Low ego with strong EQ skills – able to network and interact with very senior global oncologists and endear them to the Ellipses mission
