Jim Gleeson is recruiting for a CRA II / Senior Clinical Research Associate to join a long-established and growing Clinical Research Organisation. This position will be based in Paris or be home-based in France for candidates living near a good transport hub.

Salary: €50 – 60K

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As CRA II / Senior Clinical Research Associate you will conduct clinical monitoring activities for assigned to ensure compliance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs), the Protocol, ICH-GCP and quality standards.

Key duties will include:

  • Preparation and conduct of on-site qualification, study initiation, interim monitoring and close-out monitoring of Investigator sites
  • TMF / eTMF maintenance
  • Assisting the project team with assessing project feasibility and patient recruitment
  • Mentoring more junior CRAs
  • Ensuring that site visit metrics are maintained

QUALIFICATIONS:

As CRA II / Senior Clinical Research Associate you will require:

  • A relevant life science or nursing degree
  • Previous clinical trial monitoring experience
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Experience of mentoring or coaching other CRAs
  • Global experience will be advantageous
  • Valid driving license and passport
