Biostatistical Programming Manager
Stephanie Maccioni is looking for a Biostatistical Programming Manager to join a Global Biotech company on a permanent basis. Part of a global team, this role is based in the UK and offers very exciting job prospects as well as a very competitive salary package.
The Programming Manager will be responsible for the oversight of the Functional Services Provider (FSP) focusing on operational excellence.
You will be part of a Global Statistical Programming team ensuring projects outsourced to Functional Services Provider are aligned to priorities and meet company timeline, quality, data standards and compliance expectations. As a Biostatistical Programming Manager - Technical Manager, you will oversee the execution and quality of projects managed by FSP and ensure that projects are prioritized according to the product strategy. You will align FSP assignments with Development priorities You will provide estimation of project resource needs You will ensure FSP programming meets quality, compliance, timeline, and productivity expectations You will contribute to FSP training material development and revisions, and conduct the initial training to FSP staff You will provide guidance to FSP Study Lead Programmers (SLP) on GSP processes, tools, and utilities You will contribute to FSP performance metrics data collection and reporting
- You have experience working in a globally dispersed team on Phase 1-4 clinical trials
- You have advanced SAS analysis and reporting skills including SAS Base, macro, and SQL
- You have hands-on experience in specifying and implementing SDTM and ADaM data sets, and TFLs
