The CK Clinical biometrics team attended the PhUSE Annual Conference held in the city of Edinburgh between the 8th-11th of October 2017.
This year they hosted the CK Clinical Connect 4 Challenge where the idea was to engage delegates and other exhibitors in a fun series of games where eventually the best players would engage in a head to head battle.
The winner would win tea at the Ritz for two and the runner-up would win the highly acclaimed book entitled SAS Programming and Data Visualization Techniques by Phil Holland, owner of Holland Numerics.
The games began with lots of people taking part and drew quite a crowd as the battles progressed. Congratulations to Kriss Haris, Computational Statistician, who was pronounced the CK Clinical Connect 4 Champion and to runner-up Gareth Parry who is a Manager in statistical programming.
Thank you to Phil Holland for donating a copy of his book to the runner-up.
Thank you to everyone who the team met at PhUSE this year and we hope to see you all again next year.
