CK recently launched a Drug Discovery and Development Careers spotlight, this is a specialist area on the CK Clinical website designed to help employers in the drug discovery sector get the most out of their recruitment process.
We conducted extensive research with UK-based pharmaceutical professionals, we asked what puts them off accepting a role, the challenges they face whilst looking for a new job and what they would like to find out in the interview. We also asked specialist recruiters to tell us in their opinion how could clients get the most out of the recruitment process.
The surveys had a great response with interesting outcomes and from the results, we have been able to create an infographic which reveals top tips on how to attract candidates in the recruitment process. It gives statistics and tips from the start of the process to interview to the offer stage.
