The life science industries are facing a skills gap with more than 90% of employers finding it difficult to recruit staff. As such the pool of quality candidates is reducing creating a more competitive market.
As part of our survey of UK-based pharmaceutical professionals, we asked what puts them off accepting a role, the challenges they face whilst looking for a new job and what they would like to find out in the interview. We also asked specialist recruiters to tell us in their opinion how could clients get the most out of the recruitment process.
