Technical Insights Business Partner
CK Group are recruiting for a Technical Insights Business Partner to join a diagnostics company at their site in Burgess Hill on a contract basis for 12 months.
Salary:
Hourly rates - £30.16 - £45.23 PAYE basic excluding holiday pay or £40.00 - £60.00 Umbrella company rate.
Technical Insights Business partner Role:
- Contributes to the success of the UK affiliate by identifying, developing and presenting key business insights used for critical and strategic decision making within the technical service department and the technical leadership team.
- Lead the business in improving processes, systems and services through data analysis in order to deliver the ambitioned superior customer experience.
- Proven track record of operating in a highly changeable working environment – dealing with ambiguity and complex issues and concepts.
- Experience working in a data driven environment.
- Strong Project Management Experience/Knowledge of working in the delivery of technology-based projects.
- Detailed understanding of data analytics processes with the ability to analyse data using multiple system/data modelling tools available such as Excel, VB, Access, Tableau, (T)SQL, Salesforce.
- Experience working in report creation, modelling, and trend forecasting.
- Business Partnering experience required.

Location:
This role is hybrid working with 2/3 days in the office at our clients site in Burgess Hill and the remainder can be worked remotely.
