CK Group are recruiting for an HR Business Partner to join a global pharmaceutical company, based in Runcorn on a contract basis initially for 12 months.

Salary:

Up to £38.00ph PAYE or £49.00ph via Umbrella company

HR Business Partner Role:

  • Contribute in helping to shape and deliver the site’s strategic People Plan to drive employee experience improvements
  • Ensure that all employee related activities remain compliant with policies, procedures and legislation. Providing guidance, advice, support and coaching as required
  • Supporting in the end to end annual performance management process
  • Supporting in the employee experience by delivering training to People Leaders and employees as needed, the provision of advice andguidance and ensuring that all termination actions and activities, including an exit interview, are concluded
  • Take ownership of allocated projects in support of the delivery of the People Plan. This will include the Project Management of the SitePeople Plan

Your Background:

  • Hold CIPD qualification level 5 or 7
  • Well organised, good understanding of Employment law and ability to apply knowledge.
  • Any experience in project management would be an advantage
  • Considerable working experience in HR function, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
