Within the Statistical Programming Analyst Group at Roche our programmers are asked to contribute in the whole lifecycle of a clinical trial.   Our programmers are expected to be experts in programming, analysing data, problem solving, decision making and communication so that they can work in a global environment.

Department – Statistical Programming & Analysis (SPA)

Mission: We prepare data for interpretation to enable decision making

You will be applying to work in the global Statistical Programming and Analysis department, which provides timely and accurate analysis and reporting for drug development projects by:

• Creating an efficient global organization with common processes and tools allowing for fluid resourcing across Programming function functions and sites
• Being recognized as effective and active contributors across Late Phase, Early development and other functions and partners
• Successfully recruiting and retaining highly motivated professionals with an ongoing emphasis on the “analyst” mindset
• Continually assessing our deliverables and increasing efficiency by identifying and implementing improved technologies and processes
